Photography Phaves 1.7
Welcome back to the "Photography Phaves"! I am unfortunately still waiting for my camera charger, so I resorted to my iPhone. I will also have to return the camera I borrowed. However, I'm hoping to buy my very own camera to continue my photographing career. I have learned that I enjoy the skill, and it is very relaxing. I hope I keep getting better and better.
This week I have taken a few photos on my phone and edited them. I have also looked through my camera roll to find any photos I have taken in the past and practiced editing. Although, taking pictures on my phone is fun, however it does not compare to my camera. I miss it. That has been my struggle lately and maybe with taking photos on my phone I learn to improve my skills with light, angle etc.
I have been editing my photos with an app on my phone called "Vsco". It works well, as I am able to edit contrast, clarify, saturation, highlights, fade etc. It may seem easy, but sometimes it can be challenging, as it has to be just right.
-Excuse the heart in the photos, I upload them from iCloud and the only way they will show up here is with the heart interrupting the image.
Looks good Skyler! I like to see that your skills and editing have developed. I think that you’ve done a good job and I like your pictures that you took this week.
ReplyDeleteAwesome work Skyler! Do you think you’ll stick with the same type of camera when you purchase a new one? The photos are great quality, but I know you may still have a preference over what you use. Fantastic job this week!

ReplyDeleteThis is Natalie. These pictures are amazing! You edited them perfectly! That is a skill a lot of people are not good at, but you are really good at! Even though these pictures were taken off of your IPhone, I would not have been able to notice that if you didn't say that. Awesome job and I can't wait to see what you do with your photography skills in the future!
